The Rocking Roadrunners held practice sessions about 3 times a week. They were lucky in the fact that drummer Steve Grier   lived in a home that sat on the edge of the St. Johns River in northwest Seminole County, Florida, and The Roadrunners were able to set up the equipment in the garage of the home, and crank up the volume.
      It helped at times to be versatile in your skills. Playing guitar or singing didn't get the job done when it was time to get out the soldering iron and do some on site repair work.

      Here lead guitar player Russ Hamilton and rhythm guitar player Charlie Lytle work to get a guitar cord back into action.
